Authorization

I____________________________ hereby grant Net Star / Southway Systems the right to perform a service or task on my server / computer at any Net Star / Southway Systems facility.

Services rendered could include but are not limited to: reboots, software loads, hardware repairs or any other computer related task.

CUSTOMER expressly agrees that services performed by Net Star / Southway Systems are at CUSTOMER's sole risk. Neither Net Star / Southway Systems, its employees, affiliates, agents, merchant’s licensers nor the like, warrant that the service will not be interrupted or error free.

CUSTOMER shall be financially responsible for CUSTOMER’S EQUIPMENT in the event of fire, theft or other catastrophe.
