Setup of Roaming Dial Up Connection using @nstci.com or
@netstartel.com
Click on Start button
Click on Control Panel
**If you are in Category Mode, please switch to Classic
view by looking over towards the left hand side of your screen. You should
see the words “Switch to Classic View”. Click on those words and your
screen should change to Classic View.**

Double click on Network Connections
Click on “Create a New Connection”
A New Connection Wizard will appear and click Next.

Make sure the “Connect to the Internet” button is
selected.

Select the second option “Connect to Internet Manually”
and click next.

Make sure the fist option is select “Connect using a
dial-up modem” and click Next.

Under the ISP Name type: NetStar Roaming Account and
click Next.

Where it is asking for a Phone Number, type the number
NetStar has provided for you in the city in which you are located. If you
are not sure, or do not have a number for the city you are located in,
please call 888-798-8182 x360 (Technical Support). Then click Next.

***If your computer is asking for who can use this
connection, select Anybody’s use. If you next screen does not ask you for
this, then proceed with Type the username and password for your connection.
This will be either of the following: username@nstci.com or username@netstartel.com.
This depends on what type of roaming service you have subscribed with us.
If you would like more information on either service please call
888-798-8182 ext: 358. Once username and password are entered click Next.

You are at the final setup of completion for NetStar
Roaming account. Place a check mark in the box that states “Add a shortcut
to the connection to my Desktop” and click Finish.
