Step 1: Start up Outlook Express Icon
****Cancel any wizards that may start up*****
Step 2:
Click on ‘Tools’
Step 3:
Click on ‘Accounts’
Step 4:
Click on the ‘Mail’ Tab
Step 5:
Click on ‘Add’ and then on ‘Mail’
Step 6:
Type your complete name: First and Last
Step 7:
Click on ‘Next’ at the bottom of the window
Step 8: Enter in your email address in the white box
Step 9:
Click ‘Next’
Step 10:
Make sure that “Incoming mail server” is a “POP3”
Step 11:
In the “Incoming Mail Server” bar, enter in:
mail.yourdomain.com
Example: If your domain is
www.nstci.com
or If your domain is www.nol.net then
enter 'mail.nol.net'
Step 12:
Click on ‘Next’
Step 13:
Enter in your email account name
Example: Email Address = dave@emailsetup.com
Account name = dave
Step 14:
Click on ‘Next’
Step 15:
Click on ‘Finish’
Your email is now set up in Outlook Express 2000.
