Windows 2000 Roaming Dial Up Access

Click on Start button.

Click on Settings

Click on Network and Dial up Connections.

Double Click on “Make New Connection”.

Click Next

Click the Second Option “Dial-up to the Internet” then click Next.

Select the Third Option “I want to sign up my Internet connection manually…” then click Next.

Select the First option “I connect through a phone line and a modem.  Then click Next.

Take the check mark out of “Use area code and dialing rules”.  Then place the roaming access number NetStar Telecommunications, Inc has provided for you.  If you do not have a number, then please call 888-798-8182 x360 for Tech Support.  Once you place the roaming number click Next.

Then place your username ex: username@nstci.com or username@netstartel.com.  If you are not sure what is your username, please contact NetStar Technical Support at 888-798-8182 x360.  If you are unclear or would like to know the difference between nstci and netstartel, please contact our sales at 888-798-8182 x316.  Click Next.

Delete “Connect to…” and replace it with NetStar Roaming Account and Click Next.

Select “No” when it ask you to setup and Internet Mail Account.  Click Next.
